Why is it ok to loft personal attacks in the Corral?
I have not been personally attacked (though this thread may change things)
Shouldn’t there be a forum for political discourse (full disclosure I’m a right wing conservative) without such antics?
Why is ok to allege alcohol abuse in certain liberal posters?
Why is it ok to allege child abandonment of certain liberal posters?
What is ok to call conservative posters nazis and racists?
We have no idea what these individuals have been through in their lives or dealt with.
it takes away from finding middle ground when we dehumanize the opposition (yes I have issue with that tactic in political opponents).
This crap needs to stop IMO.
how do you expect people to listen and potentially alter their viewpoints when you are insulting them?
both sides of the isle need to dial it back. I have demonized the left in general on the board and need to rethink that.
but to to hurl personal attacks at individual posters is another thing.
