Hilarious how long that dude has been in college...good for him. He's not much of a pro prospect, hopefully he will come out with plenty degrees and contacts and will definitely have gotten all he can from his ability and body.
If I'm an SEC or B10 team with a younger QB in 2025-26 (Michigan, Ole Miss, Fla) I'd totally go after Rising in the Portal. Horns could play what, 14-16 games this season? If that's going to be the normal amount of games for these top teams...you have to have a solid backup QB in place and paying dude like Rising $350-$500K to be the good solider back-up QB - knowing his place, helping starter, being ready in moment's notice...heck yeah!
