The Updated 2016 LSR Top 100
It's out about 10 days later than anticipated, but the final LSR Rankings for 2016 are done. This is the 6th update of the list since the 2016 rankings debuted in May of 2014 and while the list has been fairly stable for the last year or so, although a few guys always pop up in every update. The final list is no exception.
Here are the final tier breakdowns.
6.1 (Five-star): 1-3
6.0 (High four-star): 4-11
5.9 (Mid four-star): 12-24
5.8 (Low four-star): 25-44
5.7 (High three-star): 45-77
5.6 (Mid three-star): 78-100
Before I get into individual comments, let's look at a few more number breakdowns.

Individual Player thoughts...
a. I've had Greg Little as the only five-star prospect in the state for a looooong time, but in the final rankings I awarded Deontay Anderson and Erick Fowler five-star status. I just think both guys have special athletic talent.
b. Ed Oliver moved up from No.8 to No.4 and it was much deserved.
c. Jeffrey McCulloch moved into the top 10 because he has five-star athletic tools even if he's not quite a five-star player. He's definitely National Top 100-level good IMO.
d. I moved Kellen Diesch in front of Jean Delance at tackle by a smidge. I just think Diesch is more ready to play right now.
e. Parish Cobb moved into the mid four-star range and up 11 spots.
f. Jordan Elliott's performance in San Antonio was enough for me to nudge him from high-three to low-four star.
g. There were 5 players that made massive moves: Texas commit Andrew Fitzgerald (No.100 to No.44), Ole Miss commit D'Vaughn Pennamon (No.89 to. No.45), A&M wide receiver commit Moses Reynolds (from NR to No.47) and Plano East wide receiver Adewale Omotosho (NR to No.53). As I went back and watched a ton of the 5.7 and 5.6 prospects in the state, these 5 really jumped out to me. Love them all.
