This quote above is one I think our TG founder DippyDawg/Allen would approve of whole heartedly. He was a great inspirer for continuous improvement for those facing addictions and destructive behavior. The daily challenge of staying sober is daunting enough without having to perform to perfection. Failing to be perfect can be very discouraging.
Each day you can make progress is a win. Those wins will help you stay on course by building your confidence and self-worth. If you feel tempted, call a friend, I think I can speak for all of us who read TG that all you must do is reach out via a DM or phone call and one of us will be available to help you.
