Clob, I hope you are correct, but I fear that you are wrong. Virginia as a whole is very woke and blue, and any lawsuit will be in a state court made up with likely woke jurors.
Also, this incident occurred at Virginia Tech, one of the more conservative universities in the state.
I think she will ultimately lose out, regardless of any facts or legal arguments, We can no longer assume that the Bill of Rights carries any OBJECTIVE weight.
