The first time I’m thought going for it on 4th was the choice, but man i probably would’ve taken the points on the second.
Should have definitely took the points on the 2nd. We also had multiple missed turnovers. Brandon Jones dropping a int before they scored was huge. CJ ghosting in another big game. Boyce doing everything possible to do everything wrong...
Lots of positives in this game but still upset . We are better than lsu I think and could have beat them. Start of the 2nd could have and should have been 21 7 or at least 17 7

On a bright note I might be interested in keeping Ro Johnson at RB
Dude did play exceptionally well especially considering he has been playing there for all of two weeks.
I thought the same thing about CJ, but I wasn't watching as closely to see what the coverages where.
Seriously, if Boyce is the best option we have at corner over there, then the young guys that everyone has been touting aren't very good at all.
I get what you're saying, but LSU put up over 500 yards of O. We didn't beat ourselves. There were some missed opportunities and some 20/20 hindsight calls that might have changed the outcome, but LSU earned that win.
We left at least 13 points maybe more off the board. Missed fgs. Not going for fgs on 4th and a dropped easy td in the first. Lsu Is good and definitely earned the W but I dont think they are necessary better than us or that we shouldn't have won. They put 500 yards of O. But so did we, if not 500 than very close. We are doing better on penalties this year but we still dont play mistake free and that's what you need to win games like lsu
LSU dropped a TD pass as well and got a FG instead. Also, if we score a TD on the first 4th and G, then there is no reason to think LSU turns the ball over as they would likely start at the 25 instead of the 2 yard line. Thus, we wouldn't have a second 1st and goal.
But I do agree that the game was very even and could have gone either way with a few key plays here and there. And yes, I don't feel like we have to be perfect any more to win games. That is a great sign.
It definitely could’ve gone either way but D needed to make a stop. Their coach said we didn’t want to give the ball back without 2 TDs on the board. He said they knew they couldn’t stop us. Instead they had the ball and we didn’t stop them. Great game but I agree they beat us in a track race it’s who ever made the less mistakes on D that won.
Can anyone tell me why Malcom Roach received a flag for the push on Burrow?
Good question. There was a missed RTP on LSU earlier in the half. Sam was hit at the knees and no call. Roach lets go of Burrow and is flagged. Referees are complete idiots sometimes.
