The number of positive Covid-19 tests within the football team is up to six, according to my sources.

Players began arriving for voluntary workouts on June 15. During that first wave of arrivals, 58 football players tested, and two were positive for Covid-19. The second wave of players arrived on Monday.

It is hard to pinpoint if that number increased due to the second wave of players arriving in Austin.

According to my sources, some of the players during the first wave of tests had negative results, but started getting symptoms later in the week and eventually tested positive.

There are roughly 15 players being quarantined right now. Players who tested positive are required to be quarantined for two weeks. Any roommates who were potentially exposed to Covid-19 must be quarantined for one week.

I will keep you posted.
