What is the best company to work for?

I am changing careers and looking at a few companies. Any input good or bad would be helpful.
Northwestern Mutual
Fisher Investments
Fidelity Investments
Edward Jones.

Looking for a job that if possible, get base pay plus commission and bonus pay. Flexible time and good training.
