As a result of these protests and riots?

Nobody agrees with brutality and violence as a result of racism. But that's already illegal and can be prosecuted as a hate crime.

I think what's always being argued mostly nowadays outside of downright police brutality is that there is systemic racism at play. Obviously this seems far more intangible than an outright hate crime committed. What kind of legislation and/or policies might we be seeing soon as a result of the current unrest?

Today I saw the multi billionaire owner of BET propose 14 trillion dollars in slave reparations which, in my mind, is absurd. But I'm guessing some kind of action will occur. As an example I think that the legalization of marijuana will probably get pushed forward sooner than later. Anything else?
