I started a thread months ago pondering this question and thought it came down to Trump’s behavior during the election and transition.
Well we have seen Trump’s behavior, he is willing to steal an election, disenfranchise voters and work with Putin - Again. No telling what this nut job is libel to do as a lame duck.
However, I am convinced the right path and the path President Biden will choose is to Pardon Trump, no matter what he does.
