Damn critters have taunted our dogs in the back yard for 15 years now, and they never learn. Sometimes with the possum, it's just two shakes of the neck, the deal is done, and the dog trots off and looks at you as if to say "See why nobody fvcks with me and my family?". Sometimes it's chasing the dog for the carcass. Tonight was one of the more common, "I just killed this mutherfvcker that's been taunting me, and he's mine, and anything you try is not going to stop me from biting off it's head and disemboweling him". I HATE trying to chase around a dog, trying to get his mutilated prey, and disposing it. Tonight, it was my wife doing it. She was NOT happy I wasn't around.
