I called to talk to customer service in order to pice my displeasure. After 33 minutes and 55 seconds they sent my call to a voicemail box that has "not yet been set up". I find it hard to believe a 1800 customer service line goes to voicemail after 33 minutes vice staying queue without an operator hitting an ignore or DnD key. Anyone else tried calling?
