.... bigger blatant lie, propagated by the U.S. gov't upon its own citizens, than the original justification for the Iraq War? At best it was a major miscalculation, at worst it was a blatant lie and corruption.
Notes:
-The original justification was not go to war to propagate democracy. If that was the case, we'd invade a quarter of the world's nations.
- No, it is not smart to "get over it" or to stop "blaming Bush." The decision to invade Iraq was incredibly important and influential, and should be treated as such historically.
