So I had a sleep study done, and I have some apnea. Even after long nights of sleep I still don’t feel rested. So, I’m considering a CPAP.
1. Do they work? Do they cure snoring and apnea?
2. Can you sleep with one of those masks on?
3. Did your insurance pay for it or did you buy it on your own?
4. What is the best one to get? How much does it cost?
5. Are there any other devices (mouthpieces, etc) that work, but are cheaper/less of a pain in the ass?
