There were a couple segments on CNBC this morning, including one with Ted Cruz. It seemed like he would support a sale if it got to the Senate floor.
I personally use TikTok, but can see why we would want a ban. It has an amazing Algorithm, so I typically see what I want to see. But they said it also has a pretty powerful suggested algorithm and were discussing how pro Hamas videos are pushed to certain Demos, notably young people. This in addition to Chinese gaining access to powerful tools as to where we are physically located, what our search history is, not to mention, the possibility of hacking into more personal data like credit card and social security numbers.
