I received an email from Texas Athletics this morning outlining the procedure needed to get my tickets onto my phone. I had to set up a SeatGeek Cowboys account, then link my SeatGeek account to it. When I did that, only one of the two tickets I bought showed up in my SeatGeek account.
I called SeatGeek and they said this is a known problem...only one ticket of multiple-ticket orders is showing up in the app. Apparently UT is having to go through each account and manually transfer to remaining tickets over to SeatGeek.
I was assured this will be corrected before Saturday...we will see!
