The way that Dailey smiles every at bat really pisses me off bro. It is the opposite of intimidating. Who was the last great MLB player who took every at bat with a turd eating grin?
We have “Game Face Training” on my select team to get rid of the grins. I’d pull Daley in the middle of an at bat for his lack of seriousness.
That said, it struck me that he may be one of those guys who likes crop dusting the catcher and ump. I did that a lot back in the day especially when I loaded up on Bean & Cheese from Bell pre-game. That is acceptable butt is only reason bro.
