Vieux Carre at Hermes Bar.
Sazerac at the Roosevelt Hotel
Burgers or Steaks at Port O' Call

Anything at New Orleans Creole Cookery
Red Beans and Rice- Maspero’s’, Gumbo Shop and Dooky Chase
PoBoys- Killer’s, Johnny’s or the places in the Irish Channel
Bananas Foster- Arnaud’s or Brennan's
Bread Pudding- Commander’s Palace or Boucherie or Café Reconcile
Beignets- Café Beignet
Seafood/Cajun Pasta- Oceana
Pancakes/Waffles- Camellia Cafe
