I take my burgers very seriously.
The hype for this place, in my opinion, is/was out of control.
I went in with much skepticism.
When I was eating the burger I was thinking to myself "this is pretty good, but an all-timer? The GOAT? no way"
And then, the damndest thing happened.
For the next 3 days I found myself randomly thinking of this fkn burger. It was like 5 different times over a 3 day span. I wasn't even hungry.
That's never happened to me before, so I'll say it.
Best burger I've ever had.
The sales pitch is that it's a wagyu beef smash burger. They slice the onions super thin so when they flip the burger, the onions melt into the patty. If you try to modify they burger you get "Not a Damn Chance".
It's pricy at $17 but man is it tasty.
