Aight… so I’m about to turn 40 and have psoriatic arthritis. Body is angry at me for both things. Nights are restless with stiffness and pain shifting in my sleep.
Who’s got the go to ideal thing for me... Would love something to take the edge off and help me sleep restfully through the night.
