Here's what I have read across several random posts:
Something about an attractive lady singing They Eye's of Texas that pissed him off.
They were grumpy the whole time.
The visit was "strange".
The story is written.
We didn't offer what he wanted (if anything).
He ended up with less money at UCLA because we low balled (or didn't bid).
We may have pissed off his little brother.
If we did lower his payout at UCLA by not playing his game then I'm happy about that. Kids are using us to negotiate with other programs, and they are wasting our time.
