Curious what your theories are on what the hell happened to him? Went from a competitor with ice water in his veins and charging at a gland slam to a player who lacks confidence and touch at all levels of his game right now.
Seemed to it was the back 9 at the masters three years ago that shook him deeply the first time. I wonder if he was just never fully able to shake that and is still haunted by it? Or if something else—did he toy with his swing?
I know he has won since that meltdown, but I don’t think he has ever been the same since. How does he get back on track?
