Does anyone have a recommendation for setting up a company(ies) to help invest my current funds as well as keep future earnings from being so heavily taxed?

As a teacher I almost always have something going for additional income. For about 4 years I had an e-commerce company that was barely profitable, but the money I saved in taxes was huge. Now that I no longer have that business or a lot of those big write-offs, I know I'm going to get slammed when I do my taxes this year.

I already have the justifications to start multiple businesses (Property management, Consulting, Travel), I just need someone to help with the process to make sure its done right and I am getting the most out of it.

Thanks in advance!
