I've been researching putting in a backyard pod at my house for a gym set up. In Austin if your install is under 200 sq ft you are not required to get a permit. I have researched the list of companies below that will provide these turnkey. Curious if anyone has any experience with any of the below or has done this before and can offer any advice or things you wish you would have done.
