We run a small but growing company. We currently have 12 employees and will be adding more this year. We are currently talking about expanding our benefits and one of the things we are discussing is profit sharing. At 12 employees and growing are we too small to start offering profit sharing? Does it make sense? We currently have pretty healthy books and as we grow I want to stay competitive with benefits. We are also looking at retirement plans. Any input on SEP vs Simple IRA?

We have an idea of what we want to do and we will be consulting with our money people but I just wanted to get some other thoughts/ideas.

TIA
