Ok so I’m desperate. My tax return (from Turbo Tax) was accepted by the IRS on FEBRUARY 10! and the website says it still hasn’t been approved as of May 7. I’ve called several numbers and none give me the option of actually speaking to someone.
My return usually gets approved and money sent in 2 weeks. My only guess is the holdup is the solar tax credit i added due to my solar panels.
Anyone have a good way to speak to someone? It’s a big refund and I have so many medical bills I greatly need the money right now.
