Hola everyone. Wife and I moved away from Austin in 2011, but looking to return in the back half of this year. Can anyone provide some thoughts around timeline and costs as it relates to building? I know that cost is incredibly subjective based on taste. We aren't looking for what I would consider a "high-end" build.
We built this home in 2017 (I know.... it was a totally different world, and in South Dakota) for about $153/sq. ft, but we provided all of the flooring, fixtures, etc. My wife is pretty great and finding good looking stuff on a budget.

Most likely doing an A/B type build. 1800-1900 for the A property and 1100 on the B.
