Guys, someone I'm close to is having a hell of a time with her ex. He's an oil guy, and has a lot of money, and is controlling as hell. He keeps taking her back to court to settle parenting issues, etc, and his attorney is aggressive and tends to bully her attorneys. (Ie, he wants them to play lacrosse 7 days a week because he was a lacrosse nut himself, the kids don't want to, so she doens't consent to it while they're with her in her 50% custody.... so he's taking her to court to fight over extracurriculars).
She needs someone she can walk into court with who will eat this attorney's lunch and get these stupid filings to stop. And get his habit of running up the legal bills to be covered by him.
