Y’all out there that have stepped away from a great job that takes great care of you get in this thread.
Who’s walked away for less money to get excited about work again and take a new challenge on. My scenario is almost like stepping away as OC at Texas after 10 years making good income to go take the HC position at North Texas for just a little less money.
I guess this is my midlife hitting at 43 after 20 years at the only employer I’ve ever known. I’m scared shitless I’m going to evaluate the move wrong and fk up even though I’ve found a way to succeed at all stops with my 20 year stint with my employer.
