The family and I are likely moving out of state soon and I’m looking at a position in St. Louis. Anyone lived there that can provide some insight into good parts of town to look for a home? Not looking at pricey, elite areas, just solid, safe areas with good schools. Would be working in O’Fallon, so the Illinois side of things, not sure on tax implications, yet.
