Looking forward to life in the SEC. That said, if Texas has the kind of year we are hoping, will naysayers claim it's because of an "easy" SEC slate? I've seen several "power rankings" and there seems to be consensus that Texas will play 5 conference games against the bottom 5 teams. As an example, Josh Pate has our SEC schedule looking like this: #1 Georgia, #5 OU, #8 A&M, #12 UK, #13 Florida, #14 Arkansas, #15 Miss St, #16 Vandy. We need to play our best ball every week because we know EVERYBODY will be keyed up to try and knock us off.
