So I have a buddy who has been very reluctant to jump into the NIL effort with Texas One as he says he gives enough to The Longhorn Foundation. After months of debate and explaining TOF & TLF are two different entities and that LF funds and donations do not go toward any NIL deals I finally convinced him to sign up last week.
He sends me a text today saying he got this email from The Longhorn Foundation this week that states the two are associated and that he doesn’t need to sign up for TOF.
