Players are students and have a right to speak out and use their platform to reach out to the public and share their perspective.
People have a right disagree with their message or their portrayal of Society. I can agree with some points and totally disagree on others as is my right under our constitution.
But I don’t agree with anyone who wants to tag people with labels as a bullying tactic for disagreeing with their opinion.
Society and culture is a reflection of what our education and what our individual family values are.
I don’t have to support George Floyd as a Martyr to support justice.
Or
You don’t have support or celebrate rioters and looters who are committing crimes to protest.
I do prefer dialog and conversation which is what the Texas athletes expressed. I support their method even if I don’t agree with all of their message.
I’ll certainly listen respectfully.
