What are the most historic restaurants in Texas? I don't want to miss one.

Note I am not talking about the best restaurants, just ones with a history. This is just a start. Admittedly Houstonites will have to supplement. Don't give me relatively new places like Franklin's or the like. You have to been around quite a number of decades to be historic. I know there are a lot of great places lost to time, but let's stay with the ones still open. Also let's not do restaurants in famous hotels. I know the restaurant in the Adolphus or the Driskell may be historic, but let's do stand alone restaurants.
