2009 team made it to the BCS game, but 2008 is generally considered better. I'm too lazy to look up the roster and stats, and I have the memory of an old(which I am). I know the OL was not great in 2009, and maybe the defense had lost some key personnel?
What were the key personnel differences in the 2008 and 2009 teams, and why is 2008 considered better?
