I just recently purchased tickets from ShooWin and feel like I have been mislead and taken.
I was told from several people on here that this was a great place to purchase tickets because they would sell the tickets at face value for a reservation fee,Well let me tell you this is not true.
I put in a bid to reserve two tickets for $50 per ticket then they said there was a $10 per ticket fee on top of the $50 so now $60 per ticket after waiting a week in a half i got email saying congratulations
You have won your bid to purchase two tickets for face value. I called the company and no one could explain what or how much face value was so i guessed it would be between $50-$100 per ticket so i was prepared to pay between $220-$320 total, well not true I just found out I've now been charged $500. I feel this was not transparent and apparently they work with seat geek who charges market value not face value. Have any of you had this happen to them?
