I get not being academically eligible to transfer but it’s seems like this should be a quick and definitive “Yes he can transfer” or “No. don’t waste your time”
I don’t expect Sark to be able to strong arm the admissions department but I would think CDC could give the admissions head a ring, email the transcript and try to nock it out over an hour working session.
