what would happen if we stopped sending cash ?
i use Nicaragua because its literally a hopeless cause , kind of a meaningless country and we continue to send money, which is most certainly being siphoned off by multiple levels American and Nicaragua politicians and NGO's
is there a payback or win situation that can be articulated here ?
our taxpayer cash didn't stop the slide into Marxist control (circa 1980) and Martinez and the FSLN have been in control since 2006
so where is the money going, whats the plan and what have been the results ?
are those fair questions ? or is the issue beyond the capacity of the American funded effort to explain?
we should demand transparency and a definitive strategy ( thats graded and assessed constantly ) and make necessary changes rather than feeding the same BS and calling it classified or confidential
