🙏🏻12/29/24 HUGE UPDATE on Hunter battling Dystonia🙏🏻
***Hi OB family I wanted to give everyone who has Prayed, donated, reached out etc a huge update on Hunter. GOD has heard the Prayers and has answered them. Hunter is 99% back to normal now. As I’ve told him there’s no one walking the earth that’s 100%. Only JESUS is.
To say we are happy would be an understatement, there are not words to describe how we feel. It’s been over 2 1/2 years of hell for him and our family. But he’s been an absolute beast and took it one day at a time with his head up and chest out. There have been good days, dark days (suicidal) and everything in between. To go through this from the ages 14 (almost 15) to 17 and to come out of this storm and to watch it, I don’t even have the words to describe it.
He is back in school, baseball and everything (even has had a few GFs, making up for lost time).
Please feel free to reach out anytime with questions or anything if we can ever help we will be at the front of the line.
He will live with this forever but with GOD, the unbelievable doctors and technology, and his hard work he will be able to live a normal life.
Please continue to lift him up in Prayer for continued good health.

Hi OB my son Hunter (I’ve posted before about his battle with Dystonia. This week on Wed (June 5) he’s finally getting the brain surgery (DBS) done. We have been waiting for almost a year for this to happen.
I ask for Prayers for Hunter and all of his doctors and also for his two younger brothers (15/13) and mom and me. This has been a rough two years and all the therapy has got him a lot better maybe (40-50%) back to normal. We are hopeful the surgery will get him back the other 50%. We serve a mighty God and we believe with all of our hearts this will get him back to normal. No 15yr old (when is started, 17now) should ever have to go through with this.
We will be making 9 maybe 10 trips to Gainesville, FL over the next few months to let him dial it all in.
If you would like to help us and donate to his go fund me we would really appreciate it. We aren’t sure what all the insurance will cover, there is a possibility they don’t cover any of the cost for the surgery. Oklahoma won’t do the surgery on kids so we are going out of town. We have been waiting 2 years and can’t wait any longer.
