It's not the most active recruiting time of the year with coaches out on the road, but we hadn't updated the board in a few weeks so here's the latest.
A few notes ...
Xavier Newman was added to the commit category.
RB Anthony Davis was added. Right now, he may be the RB the Horns have the best shot at.
Mannie Netherly remains in the "committed elsewhere" category, but Texas is a legit player in that one based on what I've heard.
New WR offer DeVonta Smith was added but Texas is a longshot in that one.

Chanced with Taquon Graham were at 75% but I bumped those up to 85%. Needless to say, this one looks very good for Texas. I need to follow up with Graham to confirm if he's still announcing at Temple's spring game.
Raised the chances a bit with Chevin Calloway after his spring game visit, although I still think Texas is a slight longshot there.
