is gonna have to clean house when he takes over, cause its gonna be a lotta ship jumping plus the portal gonna be full, then you'll see that these BLM guys aren't so tough,,,its starting to break down on them anyway, cause no one gives a shit no more as the shine of newness is starting to wear off,,,CDC needs to realize that you can be friends and do biz with people like this, pretty soon it will be forgotten and bizness as usual, Charlie had to clean house and Leach said he was gonna have to do it at MSU, so I guess this goes with the job for coaches, we need to get these naysayers outa the locker room, maybe BLM will get them into the NFL......

If he brings in UM then a few things will happen.

1st--- the kids that WANT to be there will step up their game.
2nd--- the kids that DON'T want to be there will all of the sudden start acting like they want to be there because they will think they've got a chance to up their draft stock with UM at the helm.
3rd--- UM will separate the doers from the talkers and start running kids off that don't belong or are a cancer.
4th--- UM will hit the JCs and transfer portals HARD to insure a bridge turn around in year one. Win 9 games with transfers and JC kids and bring in a bad ass recruiting class (for a year 1 class) to start laying ground work.

I think if you bring in Urban most everyone stays put, and some recruits we’ve missed on instantly commit. If you don’t get Urban then you are right. Might be some ship jumping, but that’s par for the course when you change coaches.

Clob you bring up an interesting point with the transfer portal and with the NCAA being more liberal with granting eligibility right away it’s really a game changer for coaches coming in.

You will get no new coach and you will like it. Seriously, whoever they bring in, assuming the rumors are true, will be dealing with a lot of outside issues as well, not just X’s and O’s. You will get no new coach and you will like it. Seriously, whoever they bring in, assuming the rumors are true, will be dealing with a lot of outside issues as well, not just X’s and O’s. Some coaches may not want to deal with some of this stuff going on with this generation of college athletes.

I don’t think the outside issues are that big an issue. Whenever you are losing. These off field things, rumors, in fighting and all that always crops up when your losing. Bring in a coach that wins and you won’t have a problem

I was thinking about that this week. I think they would take a hard 2nd look. You’d almost have to if you were them. I think if you bring in a coach with any kind of track recored at all they probably take a 2nd look
