I wasn't going to touch this thread with a ten foot pole. There is nothing wrong with them having a little fun at our expense & some friendly trash talk.
I will admit that your response is funny, but I would probably delete it. Haha
Pretty typical for FB. he even gives it to guys like me who don't think we are going to win.
I didn't expect much out of last years squad. I'm feeling a bit more optimistic going into this season. The defense will be better and I personally believe there will be plenty of offense to enjoy throughout the season.

A guy on Hornsports that is somehow connected to the program says coaches really,really like the way the new offense is looking and expect us to be a real threat to win the Big12
I think will be much better next year. We are an 8 win team last year if we don't have all the mental mistakes. I am expecting 8 wins. Only game I am expecting to lose is ND. Its just to early and we are relying on a lot of young guys. Not sure about OU or TCU and I think we can win the rest. Concerns are the kicking game, lack of depth and youth. I think that combo cost us four games. I'm waiting for clob's 2 a days reports.

I would like to see Texas pay them back not only for last year but for others.For sure,It will be hotter than Hell on the field and Hope Texas can really light up the scoreboard .
ND just doesn't have it this year. Way overrated just like my team. They lost to freaking Duke today.
Yup..gotta agree...ND was a good win at the time and we got revenge for last years loss but they are baaaaad. Losing to Duke is like playing basketball and losing to a 1 legged midget.

ND is terrible and we needed OT to beat them at home. Duke beat them in regulation in South Bend. Can Texas beat Duke?
The knives are gonna be out for Kelly. Losing today I see at least 3 more losses on their schedule. Stanford, Miami and then maybe USC or VA Tech
Duke is a better team today than years past but If I was a ND fan I would be ill as the brand took a hit today.Kelly could be place on notice,maybe Army has a shot too. This really dilutes the Texas win for me.
I guess now is a good time to say you were right. I was defending ND. I sincerely thought they were going to have a very good year after the loss to Texas.

West why would you think that? I'm not saying I thought they would suck but you could tell they weren't anything great during y'alls game
My thoughts were two fold. I knew Texas would be improved but, didn't know by how much. Second, ND had a good team last year and they had some key returning players. I admit my vision can be blurred by burnt orange streaks, but, the polls also had ND ranked high.
It's hard to gauge teams at the beginning of the year. I thought Cal had a better O than ND.
westx, if you recall, I was saying I thought that the Big 12 probably had 4 or 5 teams that had a more potent offense attack than ND. Well, uh, I'm not so sure I'm right about that this year either, the Big 12 looks unusually weak so don't feel too bad about being off on your prediction. It happens to all of us.
Offense was never going to be a problem for ND, they lost too much on defense and VanGorder was a bad hire.
