Turns out most of the failed co-ops are going to skip out on paying back the loans they got, further adding to what the people are paying for insurance.
that's just a small part of the problem when the solution to our ever growing medical expenses is to force people to buy insurance and fine them if they don't.
so add another billion to the costs that the working folks have to cover.
