Finally, the words “compensation” and “liability” are starting to crop up in these climate change discussions. Apparently, rich countries should be on the hook for hundreds of billions of dollars of legal liabilities for causing the current conditions in Africa. So the premise is, industrialization caused famine and drought in Africa?
