First of all, congratulations to the football team, a dominant performance. But, to explain the title of this thread.
Thunderstorms in Houston caused my electricity to go off several times this afternoon, which disturbed my plans of all college football watching. I listened to some music on my smart phone, and when my power came back on, I wanted to listen to some more.
To make a long story endless, lol, I ended up listening to Bob Dylan on a very old album(a cd of course, now). In particular a song titled "Masters of War". This was written about the Vietnam war, about which my feelings have changed over the years. A couple of lines:
"...you've thrown the worst fear can ever be hurled.
fear to bring children into the world."
I don't remember this song from my youth, and I found these words chilling.
What do you guys think?
Hook'em
