Picked up Cellulitis at a Staybridge Hotel. I had a feeling something was up with the sheets not being sterile.
Of course I go vacation to our Lake House after going to work conference.
The rash looks horrible and is spreading up the leg. After two visits to the urgent care and ER the swelling has gone down but rash looks the same and doesn’t seem to be spreading anymore. Oddly it’s a mild itch and not much pain. I am on centrizine x2, benydryl at night, steriod pack, heavy antibiotic, and steriod cream.
I have read if you don’t get ahold of it, it can get necrotic. Kind of flipped me out.
What is the recovery time for this type of thing?
