I was driving home from downtown. The underpass at Allen Parkway at the Studemont/Montrose exit is under 8 feet of water. Buffalo Bayou is literally 30 yards away and no one thought to bore drainage from the underpass to the bayou. At this rate, the water will be sure to evaporate before October when the fall rains will start again. 😂
