If you've played competitive sports at a relatively high level, or even prepared for interviews or large presentations, etc., you've had to develop techniques to minimize nervousness in game situations.

What were some of your most effective techniques to reduce the nervousness and convert it to creative power and anger, focus, positive visualization, and confidence?
