I will be attending my first Texas game in Austin this year and can't wait!!! But I need a little bit of help, I really want to go to a night game and want to buy my tickets soon, I was looking at the Texas vs Ok State game but the time of the game hasn't been realeased, anybody think Ok State will be a night game or should I look into another game?

I wouldn't buy any tickets now. Your best bet would be to show up on game day with cash in your pocket. There are lots of people selling tickets around the stadium (Scholz's Beer Garden and surrounding there is a prime spot to score tickets). You will have no problem finding tickets for sale outside of the stadium on game day. If you are patient, you can find good seats at face value for sale on game day. They key is patience.
You're in for a treat. The WHOLE City of Austin smells like Barbecue on game day with Hundreds of high dollar Tail gates in every direction. I went with one of my Sons and his henchmen one day. I watched his henchmen get totally drunk at least three times in the hours before gametime!
You better like the color known as Burnt Orange. We were there to watch Tulane play TEXAS. I watched two guys snaking their way though a hundred Burnt Orange Tailgates dressed in green. They were getting it from the Tailgates, but it must have been good natured as they were grinning as they walked the gauntlet.
I read where some hoyty toyty cow in Austin doesn't like the smell of Barbecue and wants it stopped. We should expel her from THE STATE of TEXAS to make sure she is no further offeeeeeeeeended.
