I've caught hell everytime I've criticized Sark's play calling this year. Who wants to lead off tonight? Hello.?...hello? Yeah he's a hell of a recruiter, yes he has brought us back from oblivion...but he's a lousy play caller in the clutch, and has been most of the year, Where's Arch on 1st and goal from the 1? How does he make perhaps the worst call in UT history on 3rd down on a pitch 6-8 yards from paydirt, called a "power sweep". But I didn;t see no power, I didn't see no sweep, just a set up for 4th and 9 and a game ender strip-sack. PK gets an assist, presuming he called the defensive play on their 25 with 25 seconds left in the first half. Blitz? No prevent?
To top it off, ESPN seems addicted to the split screen mode, showing a bad announcing team and talking over plays about nothing to do with the game at hand, especially when they brought in the comedian who disgraced himself at the Trump rally...what you really want to see and hear in a classic, nail biting game.
